Laura Hall

Laura Hall is the Director of Talent and Culture at KPMG, where they focus on workforce innovation and organizational effectiveness. They have previously served as a Vice President of Human Resources at Northern Illinois Food Bank and held various roles including Human Resources Manager and Senior Consultant at Deloitte and Touche. As an independent consultant, they specialized in talent management and leadership coaching, while also teaching as an adjunct professor. Laura's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, which they are currently pursuing.
