Mark Allcroft is a Partner at KPMG, specializing in transaction due diligence within the Technology, Media, and Telco sectors. With over 25 years of experience, they have advised on M&A for FTSE 100/250 companies, Private Equity, and owner-managed businesses across more than 30 countries. Mark previously held the title of Partner at EY and earned a BSc in Physics from Durham University, complemented by ongoing studies in Accountancy through ICAEW.
