Mark Karlson

Mark Karlson, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in M&A and investment advisory roles. Currently serving as Associate Director at KPMG since 2024, Mark has also held leadership positions including Director at CFA Society Perth and Vice President at Gresham Partners. Mark's expertise encompasses deal origination, financial modeling, valuation, and cross-border transactions, with a focus on mid-market clients. Prior roles include significant contributions at BDO in Australia and PwC Australia, where Mark supported major transactions and performed in-depth financial analysis. Mark holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
