Matthew Boyle is an Executive Consultant at KPMG, specializing in governance and institutional strengthening projects across Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe. With over a decade of experience in public sector reforms, they have worked on various sectors including education, justice, national security, and health. Previously, they served as an Executive Consultant at Atos Consulting and a Senior Advisor at Crown Agents, focusing on customs and tax administration reform. Matthew holds an MSc in Development Management from The London School of Economics and a BA in Human Sciences from the University of Oxford.
