Matthew Frey is a Managing Director in M&A Tax at KPMG, where they have been working since 2023. They previously served as a Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Tax at EY from 2011 to 2023 and worked as an Attorney at Wells Fargo from 2005 to 2008. Matthew is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, an LLM in Taxation at the University of Florida, a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA at the University of San Francisco - Masagung Graduate School of Management.
