Max Duncan

Max Duncan, CPA, is a Senior Manager at KPMG, where responsibilities include managing external audit engagements for a diverse client base, particularly Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards. Since joining KPMG in August 2013, Max has developed expertise in budgeting, resource management, and client relationship building, in addition to mentoring team members. Prior experience includes roles as Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate in the Audit division at KPMG, as well as an intern during a busy season, where recognition was received for exemplary performance. Max holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with Distinction. Additionally, coaching experience includes serving as Associate Head Coach for a summer swim team, where leadership and mediation skills were demonstrated.
