Max Taffel

Max Taffel is currently a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting, where they lead initiatives focused on operational resiliency, efficiency, and regulatory risk for clients in financial services. With over 15 years of experience in technology transformation, Max has previously held significant roles at EY, including building the Financial Services Technology Consulting practice in both Asia and North America. Max's early career includes positions at Prudential plc, where they contributed to major regulatory transformations, and PwC, where they conducted vital operational and financial due diligence. Additionally, Max is involved in the alumni council of the American School in Japan and the Young Leaders Council at Columbia University.
