Michael Hulbert

Michael Hulbert is the Chief of Staff for KPMG’s Global Healthcare division, collaborating closely with the Global Head of Healthcare to support a network of 5,000 healthcare professionals across 70 countries. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing global strategy and thought leadership in healthcare while leading a team across three continents. Prior to this position, Michael contributed to healthcare transformation by co-authoring national strategies and driving operational improvements in various countries, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Michael's earlier experience includes teaching history and serving as a senior lecturer, complemented by a Master’s degree in International Relations and Modern History from the University of St. Andrews.
