Michael Liu

Michael Liu is a Principal at KPMG, where since June 2020, advisement has focused on domestic and international tax planning for multinational corporations across various industries, including high technology, semiconductor, software, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Previously, Liu served as a Partner at Morgan Lewis from February 2018 to June 2020 and at Baker McKenzie from June 2007 to February 2018, continuing to provide expertise in tax planning for similar clientele. Liu holds an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a B.S. and B.A. in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics and Philosophy from UCLA.
