Michael Porter

Michael Porter is a corporate finance and strategy advisor specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and growth strategies for high-net-worth and corporate clients. Currently serving as Managing Director at GameWorks Inc. and Founder of PuraVida Enterprises, which focuses on social impact investments in Tunisia, they also provide expertise to KPMG as an external advisor. Previously, Michael held roles as an independent consultant and executive partner at notable firms, including Emerge Invest International and Swicorp, where they played a pivotal role in significant growth initiatives. Michael earned an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has completed executive programs at The Wharton School and Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management at the University of Central Florida.
