Nick Roome is a Partner at KPMG and currently serves as the head of Global Solutions for KPMG Law. They joined KPMG in 2014 and previously led KPMG Law in the UK from April 2015 until April 2023, during which time the business experienced transformational growth of approximately 800%. Nick has extensive experience in corporate law, having worked as a Private Equity and M&A partner at DLA Piper and as a corporate lawyer at Addleshaw Goddard. They have also played a pivotal role in launching significant legal solutions platforms and actively lead KPMG Law's General Counsel community, Legal Reimagined.
