Niko Valonen

Niko Valonen has a strong background in finance and auditing, beginning with a trainee position in Audit & Assurance at PwC Finland in late 2020. Following this, Niko joined KPMG, where experience included roles as an Analyst in Transaction Services, focusing on financial due diligence and restructuring, and as a Senior Analyst in both Corporate Finance and Transaction Services with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Niko progressed to the role of Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance, continuing to specialize in M&A. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Vaasa and dual Master's degrees from the University of Vaasa in Economics and Business Administration and from Aalto University in Technology.
