Pascal Leyser

Pascal Leyser is a Managing Director at KPMG since August 2011, specializing in providing high-quality resources and services to significant private equity clients. Previously held the role of Director, managing global relationships for key private equity clients, and served as a Senior Tax Manager, focusing on cross-border Deal Advisory and M&A Tax Consulting between the US and Germany. Pascal's career began as a Tax Associate, supporting various tax compliance and advisory services. In addition to corporate experience, Pascal was a Lecturer at Hochschule RheinMain, teaching tax law at Wiesbaden Business School. Pascal holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Business Law from RheinMain University of Applied Sciences.
