Peter Dolan is an Associate Director in M&A Deal Advisory, specializing in Transaction Services at KPMG, where they have worked since 2018. They qualified as a Chartered Accountant in KPMG's audit team before transitioning to advisory roles, gaining extensive experience in corporate acquisitions and disposals. Throughout their career, Peter has focused on financial due diligence and vendor assist services across various industries, and has also had secondments in Integration & Separations and Restructuring teams, as well as with a private equity-backed client. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter.
