Philipp Reer

Philipp Reer is a Partner in International Transaction Tax at KPMG Germany, where they provide international tax law advice and support company transactions, including M&A and IPOs. Prior to this role, Philipp served as the Head of the German International Tax Team at KPMG US and worked as a Tax Advisor at CMS Hasche Sigle and EY. They hold a Diploma in Finance with a focus on Tax Law from FHF Nordkirchen and have completed training as a Tax Inspector from various tax authorities.
