Rashmi Mohan

Rashmi Mohan currently serves as the COE-Talent Acquisition at KPMG, managing recruitment for the Global Delivery Center and Tax in Kochi. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at KPMG India and led recruitment initiatives as an Assistant Manager at General Motors. Rashmi also gained experience as a Lead Assistant Manager at EXL, where they focused on employee engagement and recruitment targets. Rashmi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and Statistics from Bangalore University and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI.
