Sharda

Sharda is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with significant experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at KPMG since 2022, Sharda previously worked as an Associate Recruiter at Accenture from 2019 to 2022 and held a Human Resources Executive position at People Realm Recruitment Services from 2018 to 2019. Sharda also completed a two-month MBA summer internship at ITC Infotech in 2017, focusing on team building and employee engagement. Sharda holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in HR and Marketing from Ms. Ramaiah Institute of Management, where they were recognized as an HR silver medalist, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vivekanandha College of Arts & Science.
