Shirley Lim, CPA, ACCA, is an accomplished accounting professional with over 11 years of experience in U.S. and international engagements, focusing on IPO readiness, SEC reporting, and technical accounting standards. Currently an Audit Senior-Senior Manager at KPMG, they lead integrated audits for public and venture-backed clients, coordinating large teams and directing complex technical workstreams. Previously, Shirley served as an Audit Associate-Assistant Manager at KPMG, where they executed audit procedures and mentored junior staff. They began their career as a Research Assistant at InnoCSR Co. Ltd. while completing their studies in Finance, Accounting & Management at the University of Nottingham.
