Shirley Wang, CPA, is a seasoned professional in deal advisory, with over a decade of experience facilitating cross-border investments and conducting financial due diligence. Currently a Senior Manager at KPMG in Dusseldorf, Germany, Wang has managed various buy-side and sell-side transactions in the auto industry and has extensive experience with large state-owned enterprises and data center deals across multiple countries. Previously, Wang held roles at Gaocheng Capital and EY, where they coordinated due diligence efforts and provided strategic insights for high-profile private equity clients. Wang earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Renmin University of China.
