Sofia Mendes is an experienced professional in the fields of Business Process Management (BPM) and Human Capital Management (HCM), currently serving as a Director and Innovation Program Lead at KPMG Portugal since October 2018. With a career spanning over two decades, Sofia has held various roles at KPMG since May 2014, including Senior Manager and Manager, along with significant contributions as a Training Manager at Safira Academy.
