Stephen Beatty serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the Cornell Program for Infrastructure Policy and the National Center for Privatization & PPP. With extensive experience in infrastructure, Stephen held the position of Director at Sunnybrook Hospital from July 2012 to August 2020 and is a retired Global Chairman of KPMG Infrastructure, having also served as Chairman (Non Exec) at KPMG Global Infrastructure until September 2023. Stephen has been a Partner and Head of Global Infrastructure at KPMG LLP since 1986, overseeing various aspects of the infrastructure business in the Americas and India. Stephen's professional impact extends to academia, currently engaging as a Faculty Member at Cornell University's Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy.
