Stephen Gallagher

Stephen Gallagher is currently an Associate Director at KPMG, where they leverage extensive expertise in the infrastructure and construction sectors to lead change and enhance operational efficiency. Previously, they served as an Associate Director at Turner & Townsend Suiko, focusing on operational excellence, and held the position of Lean Construction Manager at McCarthy & Stone. Their career began at Amey, where they developed an Operational Excellence programme that generated significant financial savings. Stephen also led Balfour Beatty’s Operational Excellence Programme, recognized as a model of global best practice. They hold a First Class Bachelor of Arts degree in American and Canadian Studies from the University of Nottingham.
