Previously, they served as a Tax Managing Director at KPMG and held various roles at Deloitte from Tax Senior Manager to Tax Consultant. Steve earned a Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nebraska College of Business, in addition to a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
