Stuart Cruikshank is an experienced cross-border tax professional with over 30 years in global tax issues, particularly during the M&A life cycle. Currently a Washington National Tax partner in the International Tax group at KPMG, Stuart is a recognized advisor for asset managers and has extensive expertise in investor, fund, and portfolio company-level tax matters. Previously, Stuart served as a senior manager at Arthur Andersen. An effective leader, they have developed high-performing teams and led a regional practice that expanded to 80 professionals, addressing diverse tax services and compliance.
