Tim Richard

Tim Richard is currently the Managing Director at KPMG, where they lead the EMEA Workday Practice and manage HR service delivery operations. With extensive experience in HR technology implementation and project management, Tim has held previous roles at GSK as a Senior Workday Advisor, at Towers Perrin and Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant, and at SCA as the VP of Systems Delivery. They earned an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and are pursuing a BS in Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Tim has specialized expertise in HR systems strategy, including Workday, Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP, and various HR technology solutions.
