Tom DuBose is currently driving AI transformation and organizational change at KPMG US, where they have served in multiple roles, including Chief of Staff for Talent & Culture. With a background as a Social Media Marketing Intern at East Alabama Medical Center and as a Teaching Assistant at Auburn University, where they studied gender, wealth, and philanthropy, Tom has developed a strong foundation in talent management and culture strategy. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree at Auburn University and have accumulated extensive experience in promoting organizational growth and social responsibility at KPMG.
