Wayne Chen

Wayne Chen is currently the Associate Director of Deal Advisory at KPMG, specializing in merger and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and financial modeling. From 2017 to the present, Wayne has provided M&A advisory and corporate finance expertise. Prior to this role, Wayne served as an Assistant Manager in Investment Banking at KGI Asia from 2015 to 2017, where they developed strong execution skills across all M&A stages. Their career began as a Junior Analyst at First Securities from 2014 to 2015, focusing on equity research. Wayne holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from National Chengchi University, where they studied from 2006 to 2013.
