André Kranenburg

André Kranenburg is currently the Director of Planning at KPN, where they are responsible for the forecasting and planning of approximately 1,000 field engineers and the implementation of AI-driven Field Service Management Systems. They have held various positions at KPN since 2018, including Regiomanager and Rayonmanager roles. André's earlier experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the Koninklijke Landmacht and working in retail and internships at TU Delft and Shell Nederland Chemie B.V. Furthermore, André honed their skills in management and operations through a series of progressive roles in the telecommunications sector.
