Bart Kastermans is a mathematician turned software engineer with significant experience in both academia and industry. Kastermans served as a Data Scientist and later as a Sr. Data Scientist at ADGOJI from 2014 to 2015. They worked at KPN from 2020 to 2022, holding roles including Software Engineer and Principal Engineer. Kastermans has also contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Colorado and a Van Vleck Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, among other positions. They obtained a Master of Science in Mathematics from VU University Amsterdam and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Michigan.
