Bartho Boer

Bartho Boer is currently the Chief Brand, Communications & CSR at KPN, where they oversee brand strategy, marketing communications, and corporate social responsibility. They previously served as Directeur Communicatie at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, leading a team to ensure effective communication for the organization. Bartho held positions such as Manager Communicatie at Dienst Werk en Inkomen in Amsterdam and Hoofd Bestuursvoorlichting en -projecten at Gemeente Amsterdam, where they acted as the spokesperson for the mayor. In addition, Bartho is also a member of the supervisory board at both Port of Amsterdam and Delft Support. They earned a Master's degree in Political Science from Leiden University.
