Joey Simon

Joey Simon is an experienced Agile coach and Scrummaster currently working at KPN since June 2012, overseeing multiple teams transitioning to a new monitoring product for the large business sector and implementing new workflows. With a focus on team coaching and Agile methodologies, Joey has facilitated training, coached product owners, and played a vital role in strategic HR development within the People and Development team. Previous roles at KPN include managing network service teams and driving customer loyalty, sales, and audits. Earlier experience includes sales at Cartridge navulstation Sittard-Geleen. Joey holds a post-hbo degree in Psychology and Coaching from ISBW Opleiding & Training and has participated in the Potential Class KPN.
