Johan Hartholt

Johan Hartholt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and product development in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Kwaliteitsmanager at KPN since June 2019, Johan is responsible for the quality of internet services and customer experience, alongside driving continuous quality improvements. Johan's previous roles include Proces/ketenmanager and Commercial Product Manager at Telfort, as well as Product Markt Manager at KPN. With a strong foundation in project management and commercial consulting from earlier positions, Johan has also contributed to marketing efforts at Planet Media Group and Videotex NV, among others. Educational qualifications include a Professional Scrum Master certification from Prowareness and a Greenbelt certification from KPN, in addition to a degree from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
