Joris Milborn

Joris Milborn has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as VP HR for both Consumer Market and Corporate Center at KPN since December 2011. Joris has held various positions within KPN, focusing on HR leadership in customer channels, B2C customer service, new business initiatives, and brands and marketing, demonstrating expertise in sourcing, employee engagement, and digital transformation. Prior to KPN, Joris worked as an HR advisor at Zadkine and as an HRM consultant at Raet, contributing to corporate accounts. Joris holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Sciences from Tilburg University and additional qualifications in management and organizational change.
