Leo Rovers

Leo Rovers is the Practice Lead SIAM and Head of SIAM at KPN, where they oversee various strategic initiatives. Previously, they held positions such as Program and Transition Manager at Getronics and IT Demand Manager at Philips Business Communications. Rovers managed significant breakthrough programs for customer satisfaction and efficiency at KPN, and led multiple scrum teams in both IT innovation and digital transformation. They also served as Program Manager at DSM, facilitating critical relocations and insourcing efforts.
