Lisa Jager

Service Designer

Lisa Jager is an experienced professional in the fields of service design and user experience research. Currently employed at KPN since January 2022, Lisa has held multiple roles including Service Designer, UX Research Lead, and UX Researcher. Prior to KPN, Lisa worked as a UX Researcher at Milkshake Research from July 2020 to January 2022 and as a researcher at Motivaction International from June 2018 to June 2020, where responsibilities included coordinating research projects, managing client relationships, and analyzing data. Earlier experience includes an internship in market research at Kantar TNS and a leadership role at Le Pain Quotidien. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Psychological Behavioral Influence and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology, both from the University of Amsterdam.
