Richard Backx

Richard Backx is a Domain Architect for Identity at KPN Security, focusing on the integral business architecture of identity and privacy. With a robust background in mobile and fixed telecommunications, marketing, and sales, Richard has spent 30 years developing expertise in areas such as Customer Experience Management, Digital Identity, and multichannel architecture. Previously, Richard served in various roles at KPN, including Customer Experience Manager and IT Business Consultant, and held the position of CFO at Damesmode Gewoon Geluk from 1999 to 2013. Richard holds a degree in Informatics and Information Science from Haagse Hogeschool/TH Rijswijk.
