Senior UX / Product Designer | Driving clarity in complexity through research-led design

I’m a UX and Product Designer with a strong track record in designing scalable, user-centered digital products across e-commerce, telecom, and energy. I started my career in digital retail and grew into senior UX roles at KPN and Eneco, working across mobile apps, digital shops, B2B portals, and design systems.

At KPN Zakelijk, I played a key role in launching the MijnKPN Zakelijk app and in evolving digital platforms for business users. I later became Lead UX Designer, responsible for UX strategy, cross-team collaboration, and design consistency across KPN’s B2B ecosystem.

At Eneco, I worked on mobile apps, a dynamic pricing tool, a smartwatch app for Eneco and Oxxio, and helped develop a centralized design system for apps.

Today, I’m back at KPN as Senior UX Designer at KPN Wholesale, where I lead the UX strategy for B2B portals and the overall digital experience of KPN Wholesale. My approach is grounded in user research, data insights, and iterative prototyping to create clear, effective, and impactful solutions.
