Fred McFadden has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various industries. Fred began their career at The Hertz Corporation, where they worked in operations and fleet management for a decade. Afterward, they ventured into self-employment and focused on independent real estate investments for another ten years. In 2008, they joined Summit Realty Partners / Winslow Property Management, specializing in property and asset management and investments. Most recently, they held several positions at KPR (Katz Properties Retail), starting as the Regional Director of Property Management in 2017 and working their way up to become the Director of Asset Management. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director at KPR.
