Ashley Ng

Ashley Ng is an experienced media professional specializing in social media and engagement. Currently serving as an On-Call Social Media Specialist for KQED since September 2022, Ashley previously worked as a Game Master at ZScape Games and an Arts Engagement Intern at KQED, where responsibilities included creating social toolkits for the podcast “Rightnowish.” Earlier experience includes roles as Engagement Editor and Senior Media Producer for the Oregon Daily Emerald, managing social media accounts and increasing readership, and Assistant News Director at KWVA Eugene 88.1 FM, producing a weekly segment. Ashley also gained customer service skills working as a Team Member at Cinemark and as a Dining Services Student Worker at the University of Oregon. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Cinema Studies from the University of Oregon.
