Lee MacPherson

Lee MacPherson is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in television engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Director of TV Engineering & Operations at KQED since September 2019, MacPherson previously held the position of Director of Engineering at KTVU from August 2007 to September 2019, where technical direction was provided to the leading news station in San Francisco while managing a collaborative team. Prior to this role, MacPherson was a Systems Architect at SignaSys Inc from August 2005 to February 2007, contributing to pre-sales engineering efforts. Lee MacPherson earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a focus on Integrated Circuit Design from the University of California, Berkeley between 1982 and 1985.
