Rajat Kumar began their career in 2008 as a Program Manager at IBM. In 2020, they joined KR Elixir, Inc. as their Executive Director.

Rajat Kumar has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
