Derek Herzog

Derek Herzog has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry as well as in the area of regulatory and environmental compliance. Derek started their career in 2007 at Corpus Chtisti, where they served as the Superintendent of Regulatory and Environmental. In this role, they ensured compliance with permits for waterways and erosion areas and led emergency operations during weather events and disasters. Derek then joined Devon Energy in 2014 as an EHS Environmental Contractor, where they worked with various divisions to inspect facilities and ensure compliance with air and environmental regulations. Finally, in 2017, they joined K&R Operating LLC. as the Director of Operations Support.

Derek Herzog completed their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Texas State University from 1999 to 2004.
