Henriette Bonding

Henriette Bonding serves as the Innovation Programme Manager at Kræftens Bekæmpelse since December 2016, focusing on enhancing innovation maturity, leading a small innovation team, and managing a portfolio of initiatives from idea to implementation. Previous roles include Project Manager, where responsibilities included developing innovation processes and managing specific projects, and Senior Business Developer at Nordea, where Henriette contributed to creating banking concepts tailored to changing customer needs through agile methodologies. Extensive experience at PostNord included change management and process implementation across 300 distribution centers, alongside various consulting, analytical, and management roles. Henriette holds a Cand. merc. degree in Economics and Marketing from Copenhagen Business School and has pursued various education programs in coaching, leadership, and innovation.
