Jacob Faarborg

Jacob Faarborg is a digital analyst at Kræftens Bekæmpelse (Danish Cancer Society) since January 2016, responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies for cancer.dk and various campaign sites, conducting SEO courses for editors and stakeholders, and facilitating technical SEO improvements. Previously, Jacob served as a Google Analytics Specialist and Project Leader for TouristOnline.dk, managing the development and maintenance of Hotel.dk and SommerhuseDanmark from August 2008 to December 2015. Jacob's early career included a role as Communications Officer at VEGA, House Of Music, focusing on communication and PR, and as a Student Assistant at Lo-skolen, where educational materials and articles were produced. Jacob holds a cand.scient.soc degree from Roskilde University, completed between 2000 and 2006.
