박민제

민제 박 is currently the team leader of the Growth & Alignment Team and Global Publishing HRBP at KRAFTON, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, 민제 worked at LG Display as a 책임 in the Leadership Development Team (2022 - 2023) and held various roles in talent development at 스마일게이트 (2018 - 2021) and NHN (2021 - 2022). 민제 began their career as a 과장 at 루트컨설팅 from 2012 to 2018, focusing on future strategy. They earned a Master's degree in Educational Technology from 한양대학교 교육대학원 between 2013 and 2016.
