Greg Cook

Greg Cook is currently the Director of Partnerships at Kraken, where they focus on developing and leading project and programme change specialists. Previously, Cook held significant roles such as the Smart Metering Programme Director at First Utility and the Head of Project Management Office at Shell Energy Retail, managing major initiatives and strategic projects. With a background as a Global Operations Director in the Royal Air Force, Cook has extensive experience in leadership, strategy development, and operational management across various sectors, including military and energy. They also serve as a Non-Executive Director for a franchise start-up, providing strategic guidance and support. Cook has an MA in Defence Studies from King's College London and has completed leadership programs to further their executive skills.
