Ruby Mitchell

Ruby Mitchell is an experienced professional in client delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Client Delivery at Kraken Technologies since April 2020. In this role, Ruby leads a transformation team focused on tech migration and cultural shifts within the organization. Prior to joining Kraken Technologies, Ruby held various positions at Octopus Energy from August 2016 to April 2020, including Migration Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Ruby began academic pursuits at the University of Bristol, earning a BSc in Chemistry between 2013 and 2016.
