Gerardine Stack

Gerardine Stack currently serves as Associate General Counsel, Regulatory at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, beginning in October 2023, after holding the positions of Assistant General Counsel/Head of EU Regulatory Legal and Senior Regulatory Counsel. Prior to Kraken, Stack worked at Stripe from July 2022 to October 2023 as Commercial Counsel (External) and also provided legal consulting services at Johnson Hana during the same period. Stack was the Head of Legal (Ireland) at Revolut from October 2020 to May 2022 and served as Chief Governance Officer at FEXCO Payments & FX from March 2010 to September 2020, alongside a role as Solicitor at FEXCO. Early in the career, Stack worked as an Associate Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Arthur Cox from September 2004 to March 2010. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from Henley Business School, completion of the Professional Practice Course at the Law Society of Ireland, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Limerick.
