Rose Yan

Rose Yan currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange since 2024. Prior to this role, Rose was the Director of Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2021 to 2024 and worked as a VP of Finance and Corporate Development for a consulting firm in 2020, providing strategic guidance to Fortune 500 companies and global private equity firms. Rose also held the position of Director in Investment Banking at Stifel Financial Corp. from 2013 to 2019 and was an Associate in Investment Banking at Cowen and Company from 2008 to 2012. Rose holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
