Kramer Scientific LLC is a small company among giants in the microscopy community, but there is nothing small about the breakthroughs they make or the products they sell. Kramer’s best known products have helped everyone from undergrad students to Nobel Prize winners by building systems multifaceted, groundbreaking, ergonomic and cost-effective systems that scientists want to use.
Lothar Faber, the president of Kramer Scientific , has been with the company for over 30 years and, in that time, has been inventing fluorescence systems to help labs achieve their research goals. His patents have helped the fluorescence microscopy community rise to a higher standard of brightness, clarity and even colored images—as he strives to stay on top of the newest research being done in labs today. Kramer ‘s breadth of systems offered has expanded to include hybrid systems (combining compound and stereo capabilities in one system), fluorescence stereo systems, fluorescence illuminators to upgrade already existing stereo microscopes, and an LED light base.
